1

Consent to electronic records and signatures

By reviewing, answering confirmation questions, selecting options, paying a deposit, or signing through SurelySigned, you agree to use electronic records and electronic signatures for the agreement presented to you. You agree that your electronic signature may have the same effect as a handwritten signature where permitted by applicable law.

2

Scope of consent

Your consent applies to the specific agreement, signing record, disclosures, selections, confirmation questions, deposit records, payment request records, and related transactional communications presented through SurelySigned for the transaction you are completing.

3

What may be recorded

The signing process may record your name, email address, phone number if provided, signature, typed signature text, date and time of signing, IP address, device or browser information, selected options, confirmation answers, payment status, and other proof details.

4

Hardware and software requirements

To access and keep electronic records, you need a device with internet access, a current web browser, the ability to view web pages and email, and the ability to download, save, or print records. By continuing, you confirm that you can access the agreement electronically.

5

Paper copies

You may request a paper copy of an agreement or signing record from the business that sent you the agreement. SurelySigned provides the software platform, but the business that sent the agreement is responsible for providing copies and handling service-related questions.

6

Withdrawing consent

You may stop the electronic signing process before signing. If you want to withdraw consent or request non-electronic handling, contact the business that sent you the agreement. Withdrawing consent after signing does not automatically cancel or undo records already signed or provided electronically.

7

Email and SMS notices

The signing process may send transactional email or SMS notices about agreement links, signature status, payment requests, deposits, refunds, or support. SMS message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages and HELP for help.

8

Accuracy of information

You are responsible for reviewing the agreement, checking that your information is accurate, and making sure you understand the terms before signing. Do not sign if you do not understand the agreement or do not agree with it.

9

Contact

Questions about the agreement, paper copies, refunds, deposits, cancellation policies, or service terms should be directed to the business that sent you the agreement. Questions about the signing platform can be sent to support@surelysigned.com.
